AHC Brings Fun, Interactivity to Austin Museum Day

There was a lot of cutting, pasting, and “zine” making at the Austin History Center on Sept. 18, 2022. That was the 25th annual Austin Museum Day, a special Sunday when more than 30 Austin-area museums invite families to visit for free.

The AHC hosted activities for kids and families, including make-your-own "zine" (self-published, non-commercial print-work), buttons and magnets; refreshments; a "Preservation Station" to show you how to preserve family history.
