Austin Music to Take Center Stage at Annual Eberly Fundraiser
Leaning into Austin's reputation as "The Live Music Capital of the World," AHCA's 2023 Angelina Eberly fundraiser will celebrate "The women of Antone's" with a rollicking evening of music and stories Thursday, March 23, at the venerable Austin Club.

The event will feature songs and conversation from some of Austin's most iconic talents: Marcia Ball, Lou Ann Barton, Sue Foley, Ruthie Foster, Eve Monsees, and special guest, Susan Antone.
The focus on Austin music, plus the time of the event represent shifts for the Eberly event, which has been a luncheon since it was revived as AHCA's annual spring fundraiser in 2010.
"Preserving the legacy of Austin music is an incredibly important mission of the Austin History Center," said AHCA President Kent Collins. "This Eberly event will be live-recorded and serve as an oral history ensuring that the diverse stories - and sounds - of Austin and Travis County live on as an educational oral history tool and artifact for the Austin History Center’s developing music-based archive."
The March 23 event will start with a 6 pm reception featuring cocktails and appetizers, followed by the program of conversation and performance, which will run from 7 to 8 pm. Sponsors starting at the $2500 Diamond level will be invited to a VIP sponsor party after the show.
Information on sponsorship levels and benefits is featured on the Angelina Eberly Event page of the AHCA website. Individual tickets for the event go on sale soon!
