Real Food, Real People, Real Story: In-Person Setting Planned for 2022 Eberly Luncheon

If the good Lord’s willing and the creek don’t rise, the 2022 Angelina Eberly Luncheon will be a live and in-person event, the perfect chance to reconnect with fellow followers of Austin history. As it was before the pandemic, the Eberly luncheon will be held at the Historic Millett Opera House, currently the Austin Club, and feature lunch, good company, and Act III of Our Austin Story. Act III is an original work by playwright Paullette MacDougal focusing on the life and times of noted Austin sculpture, Elisabet Ney. Her home is known to Austinites and her work is world-renowned, but the play will provide more insight into this special woman who made a major impact on our city.
